Shipping costs on Shipping Costs
Shipping is by parcel service, according to the following price list.
(All prices, unless otherwise stated, are including VAT, valid for shipping to the specified countries -excluding islands-)
We generally ship via standard parcel (delivery time approx. 2 days)
Express parcels, if material is in stock, will be shipped on the day of order and delivered the next day (Mon-Fri) - it is only important that your order reaches us by 1 PM.
Please provide your phone number in the checkout for express shipping. This way, the shipping service provider can reach you faster for queries or delivery problems.
Alternatively, we offer free pick-up on site in Hildesheim.
GLS / DHL
For lengths of 1.15 m or more, an oversize surcharge of €8.50 will be charged.
Note on small orders: Within Germany, we charge an additional €4.49 for packaging for orders under €30. For international shipments, an additional €4.49 packaging fee applies to orders under €50.

For lengths of more than 2.00 m, shipping is by freight forwarding.
For lengths up to 3.00 m, the following shipping costs apply depending on weight:
- up to 5 kg: 32.95 EUR incl. VAT
- up to 10 kg: 37.95 EUR incl.
- above that: 50.15 EUR incl. VAT.
Important for freight forwarding: Please provide your phone number at checkout so that the freight forwarder can coordinate the delivery with you.
Lengths over 3.00 m - depending on the place of receipt 89.85 EUR incl. VAT (up to 500 kg) (Germany).
International parcels max. 2 mtr. lengths by parcel service, for shipping abroad over 2 mtr. lengths please inquire.
