Product Information
Aluminum angle profiles (also: L-profiles) are versatile and particularly robust thanks to their practical shape. The L-profiles can consist of two legs of the same height (isosceles) or of two legs of different heights (isosceles).
- Dimensions = external dimensions (leg ax leg b) x thickness
- These are always 90 degree angles , which are almost sharp-edged both inside and outside.
- Surface, unless otherwise stated, in mill finish . Deliveries are possible from a length of 20 mm in cut form without taking over the remainder. Maximum length that can be ordered is 6 meters.
- The alloy AlMgSi0.5 can be silver anodized upon request .
- We even have some angles in stock as silver anodized profiles (E6/EV1)

The aluminum angle profile: The all-rounder for all angles
In many cases, in addition to circular aluminum tubes and square aluminum tubes, aluminum angles are also required. These are characterized - especially in combination with the material used - by a sufficiently high level of stability and a particularly high quality and can be optimally processed.

Thanks to our product configurator, you have the opportunity to order custom-made aluminum angle profiles from alu-verkauf.de: We provide you with a large selection of aluminum angle profiles up to a length of 6 meters. You are also welcome to specify your desired size (from 10 mm) in millimeters in the order overview. By specifying the desired length, you can save yourself the hassle of having to shorten the profile later and you only pay for what you really need.
Our smallest aluminum angles have dimensions of 10 x 10 x 2 mm, while the largest angles measure 150 x 100 x 5 mm. In between you can choose from a variety of dimensions:
You can order our aluminum angle brackets as standard in the alloy AlMgSi0.5 (EN AW 6060) in a mill finish. However, an anodized aluminum angle looks much more attractive. In this case the angle shines in a shiny silver.

The advantages of aluminum angle profiles
Aluminum angle profiles are not only suitable for implementing many projects, they also impress with a whole range of advantages.
1. Versatile!
No matter whether isosceles or unequalsceles:
Aluminum angles are very flexible and can be used ideally for both large and small projects. Today, experts from the construction industry always rely on angle profiles made of aluminum for interior design. Among other things, the angles can be found in various frame constructions, as edge protection (for example in hotels or hospitals) and as frame profiles for glasses and mirrors.
If the standard angles (90 degrees) are not suitable for a project, metal workers can always produce individual angle profiles. You can also get custom-made sheets from us, which we then send to a metal worker of your choice, who will bring our aluminum sheets to the desired size using a folding bench. Since the folding process is relatively simple, the costs for such folding are manageable.
2. Particularly robust!
In principle, angle profiles made of aluminum can be used anywhere that profiles and angles made of other materials can also be used. Thanks to their special properties, our aluminum angles are particularly robust and durable. The high-quality aluminum protects against wear in the long term, does not rust and generally offers an excellent price-performance ratio.
Our aluminum angles also impress with their low weight : they weigh only around a third of the weight of steel, brass or stainless steel angles and are therefore suitable for use in the garden, when building houses or during renovations. Especially outdoors, you also benefit from high weather resistance and high corrosion protection.
3. Easy to assemble!
Since aluminum is not only very light, but also softer than steel, aluminum brackets can be installed almost child's play. The assembly can be carried out using conventional tools, which avoids the purchase of special and expensive tools - and there is no need to involve an expensive team of craftsmen to assemble the aluminum angles. Depending on the project you have, you can shorten, notch or miter the aluminum angles so that they can be assembled to fit. These factors make self-assembly a good selling point when purchasing aluminum angles.
4. Easy to clean!
As is well known, aluminum can be cleaned very easily. This also applies to the aluminum angle profiles, which can be cleaned regularly with conventional cleaning agents. You can also use simple water and a sponge. Cleaning with lemon water can also achieve the desired results. Regular cleaning can prevent the aluminum from becoming tarnished and also prevent the material from losing its shine.
5. Easy to recycle!
Although it is true that the production process of aluminum requires a lot of energy, aluminum can be reused almost infinitely and there is hardly any loss of quality when recycling aluminum. In particular, since only 5% of the energy from the original extraction is required to recycle aluminum, it is in the interest of the aluminum industry to keep the recycling rate as high as possible for sustainability reasons.
