Aluminum Z profiles: Practically shaped and versatile!

Thanks to their practical shape, aluminum Z profiles can be used in a variety of ways both in industry and in private households.

The shape that characterizes the Z profile is similar to the letter "Z", but is made up of two opposing angles. The roof and bottom of the profile are usually the same length, but can also have different lengths. The vertical bar in the middle of the profile can also be of different lengths.

Custom-made aluminum Z profiles

In our shop you can get aluminum Z profiles with a length of up to 6 meters and you also have the option of ordering aluminum Z profiles made to measure using our online configurator. To do this, simply select the desired size and the appropriate alloy in the configurator and then enter the required length in millimeters. We will then cut the profile individually for you.

As standard, you can choose between aluminum Z profiles in the following dimensions in our shop:

The first information stands for the leg to the left (angle A), the second information for the height and the third information for the length of the leg to the right (angle B). The last number refers to the thickness of the profile.

In our online shop you will usually receive your aluminum Z profile with an AlMgSi0.5 alloy (EN AW 6060), but you can also get the profiles in an anodized version. This makes the Z-profile shine in a shiny silver and, thanks to its high-quality look, is particularly suitable for covering visible construction areas. After you have let the mixture work for a while, you can simply rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can then polish your profile as you wish.
