Our online shop is open around the clock. You can reach us in person Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Yes. You can collect your order directly from our warehouse. We will notify you as soon as your items have been cut and are ready for collection.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and length of the goods. The exact amount is calculated in checkout before payment. See our shipping costs overview for details.
Stocked profile and plate cuts usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Express delivery may be available for orders received by 1 p.m.; the delivery estimate shown in checkout is authoritative for your order.
Private customers, companies and public institutions can order from Alu-Verkauf.
Available methods include credit card, PayPal, Klarna invoice, instant bank transfer, invoice where offered, and cash or card payment on collection. The methods available for your order are shown in checkout.
Yes. You can enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address during checkout.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, profiles and plates have an untreated mill finish. Marks caused by storage, processing or transport can therefore occur. Anodising or powder coating is available for applications requiring a decorative finish.
Anodising creates a hard, usually matt protective oxide layer that preserves the metallic appearance. Powder coating adds a thicker coloured coating with a broad choice of colours and good resistance to wear.
Some profiles are available from stock with a silver anodised finish. Other anodised or powder-coated finishes can be requested individually; availability and lead time depend on the required surface area and colour.

Mitre cuts up to 45 degrees may be possible for profiles. We do not carry out every additional machining process ourselves, but can coordinate suitable partners for individual requests. Please contact our sales team.
Yes. Our range includes tube plugs, tube connectors and further accessories.
Products cut or finished specifically for you are generally excluded from exchange and return. If an item arrives damaged, photograph the parcel, ask the carrier to record the damage where possible, and email verkauf@alu-verkauf.de so that we can find a solution.
